I only directly contact my customers about details regarding their recent order-- to provide pertinent information regarding order confirmation & estimated shipping dates; to ask for more information regarding a customized order; to inquire about shipping errors highlighted by the USPS when creating shipping labels; to notify customers when their order has shipped; to answer a question or request.
*I do have a newsletter that is sent periodically-- BUT-- you must manually sign up for that service. I do not harvest the email addresses of my customers to sign them up for the newsletter without their consent. If you want to receive the newsletter, click here to add your email to my list. Never worry that you'll be signed up automatically if you make a purchase! That is a pet peeve of mine, and I will never do that to someone else!
